Polymers for Beverage Processing

BASF offers polymers for filtration and stabilization of beer and wine. Crosspure® is a 2-in-1 solution for beer filtration and stabilization all at once. Divergan® is a filtering aid which adsorbs haze-forming polyphenols and thereby stabilizes beer and wine for long-lasting clarity.

Based on insoluble PVPP, filtration with Crosspure or Divergan perfectly maintains taste and character of the beverage. BASF’s products are a highly economical and eco-friendly alternative to diatomaceous earth.
